learn:
We are still learning this together as a family at lunch and dinner while we clean up {we fell behind!}:
download the free printable!
be:
renewed.
I've been feeling pretty tired these days. I am not sleeping well or feeling like myself lately, and for some reason it didn't occur to me until recently to ask God to help me figure out what to do about it.

I think it's partially physical- a combo of not sleeping enough or deeply because of the baby, my muscles re-building/weight changing around, not eating the right or enough carbs, and not taking vitamins regularly. Mentally/spiritually, I really want my heart to be set on God and not distracted by the wrong things. I am asking Him to show me what I need to change physically, and give me the strength to do it so that I don't grow weary in this season. It's been feeling like a marathon lately. :)

meals on the menu:
pinto beans + rice x3
butter noodles, salad, homemade bread
black bean + corn tacos + rice
almond butter sandwiches + blue corn tortilla chips and salsa
baked potatoes + sour cream/ cheese, salad
tilapia + rice + broccoli
dinner out

I just realized only one of our meals has meat in it- totally unintentionally, but I was curious to hear how often you use meat in your meals?
I guess we are back on the Dave Ramsey plan- rice and beans, and beans and rice...hehe. :)

What are your goals for the week?

Anyone decluttering with me this month? :)
